The description of electrostatic spraying process
On the tip of the electrostatic spray gun, negative high-voltage static electricity is connected. When the voltage is high enough, the air in the vicinity of the gun head generates a strong corona discharge, forming a gas ion region. When the paint particles atomized by the electrostatic spray gun are in this region, the atomized particles of the paint are negatively charged. When the coated workpiece is suspended on a grounded conveyor line, there is a positive charge on the surface of the workpiece. According to the electrostatic principle of heterogeneous charge attraction, the negatively charged coating mist particles move toward the heterogeneous working surface, and adsorbed and deposited on the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform dense film, then the workpiece is coated.
1) It is advisable to use thermosetting coatings, and thermosetting plastics should not be used in high temperature curing coatings.
2) Good dryness.
3) It is well atomized in the electrostatic field and has a certain conductivity.
4) Fineness and low viscosity.
5) Good hiding power and high viscosity.
Electrostatic spraying production process:
Pre-treatment of the workpiece surface → drying → electrostatic painting → leveling → baking (heating into film) → cooling → remove the workpiece
